The inclined type of mixers manufactured by DEMAREKS LTD. CO. is useful to make wet process of all kinds of hides (soaking, liming, pickling, chroming, dyeing, etc.).
The body and the blades are made of AISI 316-L type of stainless stell against the corrosion problems during the process especially chroming and tanning process. The design of interior blades are made in accordance to have the best result for the best result for the continuity of the circulation of the hide in the mixer, movement softness and discharge speed, so the inclination of blades are selected.
The forward bearing circle is situated on cylindrical body against any deformations or breaks and thus also there is obtained a large working zone for the fork-lift vehicles.
The water charge is made from the mouth of the mixer and there is an economy of up to %65 from the water and %35 from the chemical materials. Also, the process and discharge period is shortened up to %40. Whatever the float quantity decreases and the quantity of leather increases there will exist no wool felting.
Thanks to the recycling pump, the water recyles always in machine and the water discharge is made by the help of two valves situated on the sides of the mixer. These valves discharges always into the water protection channels thus the process environs stays dry and clean. The heating is made by the steam and the chemical materials are put into the mixer directly from the circulation system.
The Power mechanisation are completely controlled by electronic systems, there is no use of hydraulic systems. If required the machine may be manufactures as to work both in inclined and horizontal position by the adjusting of hydraulic dampened system, thus the charge & discharge becomes easier.
