DEMAREKS LTD. CO., continues to manifacture the automatic spraying machines, wich are produced for the first time in Turkey and technologically developed by DEMAREKS with higher technology and also more confident. Spraying guns are controlled by dye economiser and thus the standardisation, the quality, the dye economy and the selection of spraying guns are made when spraying.
There exist an outlet system for dye discharges and explosive gas against any fire case. In addition there is a circulation of water in the spraying cabinet as a precaution. The loe temperature needed and high air currented drying tunnel is located just after the spraying cabinet and serves to dry the leather in a short time.
The quantity of spraying guns are preferable regarding the need of the user between 12 and 16. The guns are made by stainless steel and completely resistant against the corrosion. The dyes and polishes are reached to the spraying cabinet by 2 separate ways. There exist drying tunnel filters in order to prevent the dust or dirtiness to cause any problem. Drying tunnel is formet by 3 separate cabinet and the temperature of the cabinets is adjustable between 40 and 120 degree. There exist also a turbo aspirator in the drying tunnels.
